According to studies, about 40 percent of deaths globally are cause by pollution. Land pollution, water pollution, air pollution, and many other pollution in the environment that can accumulate rapidly.
Even with modernized technologies today and great many changes of our planet it is still very important to have a clean and pollution free environment. The benefit of it to our health and life is so great that it can be the only way for our survival but stopping or preventing polluting is one of the huge problems of earth.
We can help stop pollution in so many different ways, but one must start with one’s self. You can start for yourself; stop polluting so others might follow. It is everybody’s job and all of us must work together. Start reducing, reusing and recycling materials. If it is still possible for the materials to use again, do not throw it in the garbage, think of another ways on how to reuse or recycle it again for examples are newspapers, plastics and aluminum cans. Try to use it again and again as long as you can. The most you can do as an individual is do not litter. Put your garbage in the right garbage can and if possible make your own compost so that other people might know how serious pollution is and be able to copy you.
Start asking and tell others on how you can stop pollution in the environment. Every one of us, that means all of us, every single one must make a move and be willing to act and care on our environment. We can do it if we will just put our hearts into it. Remember that our life depends on it. We must protect our environment and save our lives. Support and talk to friends or maybe neighbors on how they can help too. You can teach other to play their role in pollution stoppage too. If you own a car, have an annual check up and maintenance so that it will run efficiently and not add up to the pollution in the air. If possible and you do not need to drive, just walk or ride a bike. By doing this, you could save money, gasoline and save the environment as well. If at home you are still using incandescent bulbs, change it into fluorescent lamps that are energy efficient. You can also save money from electric bills as well as for the environment. You should stop using too much electricity. Plant trees and add more green plants at home or in your surroundings because plants breathe oxygen. Try to not to use pesticides and sparingly used fertilizers.
Know and research all you can on pollution because the more aware you are about it the more you will be able to find better ways on helping this world on solving the pollution problem. Also ask someone knowledgeable on this matter and gather their opinions and suggestions on how you will be able to stop pollution.
